Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,

Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God,

Stand therefore, having girded your loins in the sphere of truth, and having clothed yourself with the breastplate of righteousness,

Take your stand then with truth as your belt, integrity your breastplate,

Hold your position, then, with your waist encircled with the belt of truth, put on right-doing as a coat of mail,
