And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

And for this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they might believe what is false,

For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie

Therefore God sends upon them a misleading influence, a working of error and a strong delusion to make them believe what is false.

And because of this God sends them a deluding influence resulting in their believing the lie,

God sends upon them, therefore, the full force of evil's delusion, so that they put their faith in an utter fraud
