I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I can do all things through (in) Him who strengthens me.

I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency].

I am strong for all things in the One who constantly infuses strength in me.

I am ready for anything through the strength of the One who lives within me.

I can do anything through Him who gives me strength (literally, I have power for all things through Him who puts a dynamo in me.).
