So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

So then death is working in us, but life in you..

So death works in us, but life in you.

So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.

Thus death is actively at work in us, but [it is in order that our] life [may be actively at work] in you.

So that death is operative in us but the life is operative in you.

We are always facing physical death, so that you may know spiritual life.

So it is death that works in me, but it is life that works in you.
