KJV
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
NKJV
"That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
NASB
"That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
NIV
Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit (or but spirit) gives birth to spirit.
Amp.
What is born of [from] the flesh is flesh [of the physical is physical]; and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Wuest
That which has been born out of the flesh is flesh and by nature, fleshly. And that which has been born out of the Spirit, is spirit, and by nature, spiritual.

Flesh gives birth to flesh and spirit gives birth to spirit:
