And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou Me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

So Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.

And Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good except God alone.

"Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good - except God alone.

Jesus said to him, Why do you call Me [essentially and perfectly morally] good? No one is [essentially and perfectly morally] good - except God only.

And Jesus said to him, Why are you calling Me intrinsically good? No one is intrinsically good except one, namely, God.

"I wonder why you call Me good?" returned Jesus. "No one is good - only the one God.

Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me perfectly good? No one is perfectly good but God Himself.
