And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

And the angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.

And the angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy offspring shall be called the Son of God.

The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the Holy One to be born will be called the Son of God (or, So the child to be born will be called holy.)

Then the angel said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you [like a shining cloud]; and so te holy (pure, sinless) Thing (Offspring) which shall be born of you will be called the Son of God.

And the angel answering said to her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of the Most High shall overshadow you. Wherefore also the holy thing which is being begotten shall be called Son of God.

But the angel made this reply to her: "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Your child will therefore be called holy - the Son of God.

Then the angel answered her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you, and so your child will be called holy, the Son of God.
