And ye suffer him no more to do aught for his father or his mother;

Then you no longer are permitting him to do anything for [his] father or mother [but are letting him off from helping them].

no longer are you permitting him to do anything for his father or his mother.

then he need not lift a finger any longer for his father or mother,

you let him off from doing anything more for his father or mother;
