Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

"Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.

"And if your brother sins (against you), go and reprove him in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.

"If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over.

If your brother wrongs you, go and show him his fault, between you and him privately. If he listens to you, you have won back your brother.

Moreover, if your brother should commit an act of sin, be going, show him his sin with a view to convicting him of it and bringing about a confession between you and him alone. If he hears you, you won your brother over.

"But if your brother wrongs you, go and have it out with him at once - just between the two of you. If he will listen to you, you have won him back as your brother.

"Again, if your brother wrongs you, go and while alone with him show him the wrong. If he listens to you, you have won back your brother.
