But He turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind Me, Satan: thou art an offence unto Me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

But He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men."

But He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling-block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on God's interests, but man's."

Jesus turned and said to Peter, "Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men."

But Jesus turned away from Peter and said to him, Get behind Me, Satan! You are in My way [an offense and a hindrance and a snare to Me]; for you are minding what partakes not of the nature and quality of God, but of men.

And, having turned around, He [with His back turned to Peter and Satan] said to Peter, Be gone under My authority, and keep on going, behind Me, out of My sight, Satan. A stumbling-block you are to Me, because you do not have a mind for the things of God but for the things of men.

Then Jesus turned round and said to Peter, "Out of My way, Satan! ...you stand right in My path, Peter, when you think the thoughts of man and not those of God."

But He turned and said to Peter, "Get out of My way, you Satan! You are a hindrance (the stick that throws the trap to catch the prey) to Me, for this view of yours is not from God but from men."
