And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

"And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: 'Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, and seeing you will see and not perceive;

And in their case (for them) the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says, 'You will keep on hearing, but will not understand; and you will keep on seeing (or, seeing you will see), but will not perceive;

In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: 'You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.

In them indeed is the process of fulfillment of the prophecy of Isaiah, which says: You shall indeed hear and hear but never grasp and understand; and you shall indeed look and look but never see and perceive.

And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is in process of fulfillment, the one which says, By means of the sense of hearing you shall hear and by no means shall you understand. And while you are seeing, you shall see and positively not perceive,

They are the living fulfillment of Isaiah's prophecy which says: By hearing ye shall hear, and shall in no wise understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall in no wise perceive:

So in them the prophecy of the prophet Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: 'You will listen and listen and not understand, and you will look and look and never see at all,
